PATRICK A. FREESE | President and CEO
Patrick oversees each aspect of the firm’s daily operations and ensures the commitments to our clients are exceeded in the Pre-Construction, Construction, and Post Construction phases. His 30 years of experience in the industry and several executive roles he has held, gives him a very unique perspective on the development of successful construction projects. He recognizes and understands the needs, concerns, and goals of an owner, and is able to balance that with the experience and talents of the company.
HENRY D. JOHNSON | Chief Strategy Officer
Henry is responsible for directing strategic alliances, pre-development, and business development activities at Freese Johnson LLC. The core industry segments he is involved with include Healthcare, Corporate Office, and Data Centers. He leads the day to day efforts of expanding our work within specific markets, and identifies opportunities to grow the organization through new markets. Henry leads the company’s design/build initiatives, aligning partner firms to assist in delivery of design/build projects awarded to the company. He ensures the pre-development and pre-construction activities are aligned with the success our of client’s work across our industry sectors. Henry has over 18 years of industry experience and has assisted in the design/build delivery of more than 800,000 SF of medical office space.
RICHARD L. KLEPPE | Vice President of Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Richard provides continuous overall management direction for each project. He is involved throughout the life of the project, ensuring that our client’s objectives are met. He serves as a primary liaison between the Client and design team counterparts, as well as, monitors preconstruction and construction activities related to the project. Richard has over 25 years of construction experience. His experience includes a variety of commercial, institutional, industrial, and healthcare projects in different capacities.
ERIC SPADE | General Manager / Southwest Division
Eric provides continuous overall management direction for each project in the Southwest. Eric has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry in different capacities. He is involved throughout the life of the project, ensuring that our client’s objectives are met. He serves as the primary liaison between client and design team counterparts, as well as, monitors preconstruction and construction activities related to the project.
GREG COX | Manager / Interiors Group
As Manager of the Interiors Group, Greg is responsible for pre-construction, bid analysis, buy-out, coordination of subcontractor and field personnel, project scheduling, contract administration and subcontractor selection. He serves as the main point of contact for the interiors group to ensure successful completion of projects and to make sure all client expectations are met.
